gi (kimono) - All levels
Our Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are rooted in the traditional art of Jiu-Jitsu, where students wear the gi (kimono). This style focuses on technique, leverage, and strategic grips on the uniform to control, sweep, and submit your opponent.
Training in the gi helps develop patience, precision, and a deeper understanding of BJJ fundamentals. It’s perfect for building strong foundational skills and is essential for progressing through belt ranks.
All experience levels are welcome — whether you’re just starting out or refining your game.

no gi - all levels
Our No-Gi BJJ classes focus on grappling without the traditional gi (kimono). Instead, you'll train in rash guards, shorts, or spats — making it faster-paced and more dynamic, with an emphasis on grips, movement, and control using body positioning rather than cloth holds.
Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills for competition, complement your Gi training, or enjoy a more athletic style of Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi offers a fresh challenge and new techniques to explore.
Open to all levels — beginners welcome!

Kids & Family - all levels
Our Kids Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are all about building confidence, discipline, and coordination — all while having a blast in a supportive environment!
Wearing the traditional gi (kimono), kids learn the fundamentals of BJJ through games, drills, and technique-based training that teaches them how to move, control, and defend responsibly. It’s a great way to develop focus, respect, and teamwork — both on and off the mats.
Perfect for beginners and growing martial artists alike — just bring a smile and a willingness to learn! And why should kids have all the funs? With TWO generous mat areas, parents can roll along too!

Free style & chat
Our Free Style & Chat sessions are a relaxed, community-focused training time open to all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re looking to drill techniques, get in extra rolls, or just move at your own pace — this is your time.
Coaches are available to guide and answer questions, but there’s no structured class — just a welcoming space to practise, connect, and grow.
We also take a few minutes to chat as a group, reflect on key values like respect, perseverance, and continuous improvement, and build stronger bonds off the mats too.
All ages, all levels — everyone’s welcome!
